The Brief: Support communications and design for Tommy Hilfiger’s CEO program; creating memorable event experiences that align with the brand, engage employees and inform business partners through elaborate storytelling with several projections, audio and sharp execution. Work with a large team overseas and across various U.S. locations. Initiative serves as a versatile framework for other cross-divisional projects to ensure brand consistency and enhance overall communication strategies.
My Approach: With consistant communication across cross-functional teams, I developed a scalable event framework, ensuring polished execution of video, keynote, music and spreadsheet of content.
Results: The program’s impact strengthened internal cohesion and later became the corporate template for both design and production team best practices.
